Individual therapy

FEEL GROUNDED IN WHO YOU ARE

In individual therapy, we’ll work on finding your way back home to who you already are.

Our work is relational and somatic, which means we don’t just talk about your experiences, we notice how they feel in your body as you talk about your relationships, your stress, your experience. As you learn to notice and trust the signals your body is giving you, something shifts from thinking about yourself to truly knowing yourself—a felt sense of who you are that you can always come home to.

From that grounded place, you can approach your relationships and decisions from a place of clarity and confidence. My role is to reflect your own unique light back to you, so you can see it, know it, and live by it.

What we might work on

People come to individual therapy for many reasons. Some common ones:

Relationship patterns. Repeating the same dynamics, struggling with closeness or conflict, or feeling anxious or guarded with the people who matter most. I’m here to help you better understand yourself—both in a relationship and outside of it. Together, we’ll use insight, self-awareness, and pattern recognition to implement emotional regulation and a deeper understanding of yourself in relationship. We’ll work to shift behaviors, improve communication, and build emotional regulation to better connect.

Stress Management and Anxiety. A mind that won't slow down, a body that stays on high alert, or stress that has settled into your sleep and your muscles. We'll build ways to regulate your nervous system and understand what's underneath. Anxiety therapy.

Identity and life transitions. A breakup, a move, a career change, a loss, or a feeling that you're not sure who you are anymore. Life transitions can throw us into existential questioning, wondering who we are and how we ended up here. No matter the life change that has you feeling upended, we’ll make space for those big questions and work through them at a pace that lets you land on the other side with more resilience and a clearer sense of yourself.

Trauma and early relationships. Experiences, big or quiet, that still shape how you feel and relate today.

If what brings you in isn't on this list, reach out anyway.
